Mixing essential oils can release a refreshing, purifying fragrance in any room, while promoting relaxation, energy, or concentration.
Be your own chemist. Find a couple of essential oils that you like and mix them together in a vaporizer or diffusing device to create a scent of your own desired intentions.
1.) Chamomile and Lavender can be added together to enhance the antibacterial properties of each. They can also emit a sweet, floral smell and promote a sense of calm. Lavender and chamomile both have beneficial properties that encourage a sense of well-being and inner-balance.

4.) According to the site Growing Up Organic, the essential oil Sandalwood can help encourage sleep, especially in individuals who may already have trouble sleeping. Mixing sandalwood with a couple drops of either lavender or bergamot essential oil can also put you in the mood for a quality snooze.
5.) To reset your mood and toss the blues, try a few drops of Lemongrass mixed with some Grapefruit essential oil.
