Thank you Broma Bakery for bringing this divine  Lavender Honey Popsicle creation into our lives!

Summer isn’t over just yet. At only 67-calories a pop, these sweet treats are perfect for after-dinner snacking, or as an after-school snack for the kiddos! The ingredients are simple and nutritious, and the popsicles aren’t too hard to make.

You will need:

5 Tablespoons Raw Honey

2 Tablespoons Whole Milk

1 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

2 Tablespoons Dried Lavender Flower Petals

2 Drops Each of Red and Blue Food Coloring

Popsicle Mold

Instructions

In a smaller sized saucepan over low-heat, mix together your honey, lavender flower and milk and leave until the milk begins to release water vapors, but not yet boil. Set this aside and stir occasionally. This should cool for at least 2 hours, according to Broma Bakery.

After this, stir in your yogurt to the milk mixture and add your food coloring to create a light purple, or lavender color.

According to the author’s of this recipe, this mixture can be poured into 9 popsicle molds. Then let it freeze for at least 6 hours, or leave overnight.

Enjoy!
