Delicious Fall Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

This fall-inspired pumpkin smoothie is the perfect treat for the season! Sweet, creamy, and packed with seasonal flavors, it's easy to blend up and enjoy as a fall snack or dessert.

You Will Need:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt (Non-Fat Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree (Canned)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup 2% Milk (Non-Fat Optional)
  • 3/4 Cups Ice
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider
  • Dash of Nutmeg (Optional)
  • Whipped Cream Topping (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into 3 or more glasses.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg if desired.
