Avocado Oil

Avocado is rich in vitamin E and is known to contain more protein than any other fruit. Studies have shown psoriasis to respond well to creams and topical treatments containing avocado essential oil. This nutrient-rich oil also contains abundant amounts of fatty acids responsible for smoothing and repairing skin. Avocado oil added to hair care products is also said to have beneficial hydrating effects.
