At just 67 calories per pop, they make an ideal after-dinner snack or a fun, healthy treat for kids after school. Plus, the ingredients are simple, nutritious, and easy to work with!

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender flower petals
  • 2 drops each of red and blue food coloring
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the honey, lavender petals, and milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally and allow the milk to heat until it releases vapors (don't boil). Set it aside to cool for at least 2 hours.
  2. After the mixture has cooled, stir in the Greek yogurt and food coloring until the mixture turns a light lavender shade.
